- This gives us insight into your unique wine preferences and food restrictions so we can tailor each tasting to you and each of your party members
- What if I don’t return a filled-out form?
- If no form is returned, then we’ll assume that you and your party members are adventurous souls, seeking out and open to tasting wines of all types. Individual cheese & charcuterie trays are pre-prepared and ordered well in advance of your tasting and, should someone in your party have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, we won’t have the ability to make last-minute changes.

Your Pre-Arrival Experience:
- We’ll send you an email for you to confirm or to cancel your reservation. Please confirm or cancel your reservation.
- IMPORTANT: If you choose to cancel your entire party’s reservation, then this must be done a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your reservation for a full refund to all party members.
- We understand that life happens and we will accept individual cancellations within the 2-week window for you or a member of your party for a full refund of that individual(s) reservation fee or you can choose to have another individual(s) take their place.
- If you choose to have them take your place, then please fill out the Customer Preference Form and return to us via email.
