  2. This gives us insight into your unique wine preferences and food restrictions so we can tailor each tasting to you and each of your party members
  3. What if I don’t return a filled-out form?
  4. If no form is returned, then we’ll assume that you and your party members are adventurous souls, seeking out and open to tasting wines of all types. Individual cheese & charcuterie trays are pre-prepared and ordered well in advance of your tasting and, should someone in your party have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, we won’t have the ability to make last-minute changes.

Your Pre-Arrival Experience:


  1. We’ll send you an email for you to confirm or to cancel your reservation. Please confirm or cancel your reservation.
  2. IMPORTANT: If you choose to cancel your entire party’s reservation, then this must be done a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your reservation for a full refund to all party members.
  3. We understand that life happens and we will accept individual cancellations within the 2-week window for you or a member of your party for a full refund of that individual(s) reservation fee or you can choose to have another individual(s) take their place.
  4. If you choose to have them take your place, then please fill out the Customer Preference Form and return to us via email.
