The Brand
Wine has been around for over 6,000 years and we wanted to honor that history.
Rooted in Greek mythology, Ámpelos was a lover and best friend of Dionysus, the god of wine. Upon his death, Dionysus transformed Ámpelos into the
first grapevine, so that he could carry him always and share his beauty with the world.
The story of Dionysus and Ámpelos is really a story about devotion. We believe wine deserves to be treated with that same care, intention, and love.
In practice, that means we work directly with small-lot Washington winemakers so you get a great perspective at what's being made right here in the PNW.
We curate and hand-select their wines and bring them together in one tasting room, so we can share them, here, with you. We focus on delivering an approachable wine experience rooted in:

Our Story
We met in January 2015 and have shared our passion for wine with each other and our close friends ever since.
We believe that wine has the unique ability to connect us to each other, to the people who produce it, and to the land where it’s grown.
The relationships that we’ve built in our community have been integral to our wine journey and continue to push us to learn more about it every day.
Our love of travel inspires us to seek out new wines and wine experiences and bring them back to share with you – our friends.
